Help with identification

This is below all of the a/c housing. Is this for condensation or something else. I just pulled my engine and noticed it. Nothing was attached to it or has been since I bought it. Little help?...

It's on the passenger side just below where the a/c housing is on the fire wall

Are you running Ford Gold coolant ? Sort to looks like residue from that . Leaking Heater core possibly ?

No, I had green coolant in it. the previous owner had just replaced to heater core so maybe that was it. i'll keep an eye on it but I was curious what it is and if there is supposed to be anything hooked up to it
