Boiling water works good for softening and expanding all things rubber and plastic. It will enlarge metal stuff too.

And of it were me, I would NEVER dump ice or cold water on a hot engine. There are much better ways to diagnose.

hee hee, actually used to drink PBR in the old days when I was a punk kid living outside Chicago. Now I seldom drink but when I do it's usually Grey Goose.

Of course this isn't necessarily the end, only time will tell. Of all the vehicles I have owned and worked on the PSD is the one that fools me the most.
