Ford Dog Dish hubcaps fit to the wheels.

I have found an exact Ford Dog Dish hubcaps for my 1966 Ford F100 I'm planning to purchase and change the rims. So the hubcaps are C4OZ-1130-A (9 1/2") and the rims will be Wheel Vintiques 62-series O.E. Chevy/Ford 15x8, 5x5.5 bolt pattern, and a 4.00 backspacing and say it will fit any factory dog dish hubcaps. All I want to know is will these type of hubcaps fit to the wheels?

Guy with the exact same question over here. Maybe the two of you should get together and discuss it. Lol.

Wheel Vintiques 62 Series O.E. Chevy/Ford 15x8, Bolt pattern: 5x5.5, 4.00 backspacing.

Type 2 hubcaps (Ones I found are 9 1/2")

And are the tires are the correct one? 235/70/R15 BF Goodrich Radial TAs

And was told the chrome beauty rings would have to be 15 in?

barring someone here having the exact wheels you're buying (and it's likely based on your other post looking for this info) then why don't you just call Wheel Vintiques and ask them...they're the manufacturer of what you're wanting to buy, so they should be experts on what fits!

Logic would say that if you're buying 15 inch wheels then you need 15 inch beauty rings.

So I contacted Wheel Vintiques about those 62 Series wheels and the required size for dog dish hubcaps needs to be 10 1/8"

In your post #4 in this thread...that rim is exactly what I bought. They are identical in looks to the factory outie ford rim.

The difference between the new rims and the factory rims are width and backspacing.

Factory rim is 15" tall x 6.5" wide with 3.5" backspace
Summit rim is 15" tall x 8" wide with 4" backspace

The 10.5" dog dish is what you need to fit the factory outie rim or the summit outie rim. I just put mine on my truck two weeks ago. Everything on the truck clears the rims and tires.

This is a picture of my truck with the summit rim on the front and the naked factory rim on the back.

Get educated on Innies and Outies . Per your example Type 1 is a innie. types 2-3 are outies. Type 4 should be a outie for a 250

The rim in his original post #4 is what i am referring to, not the picture of all the caps. He alreDy knows what style caps he is lokking for. That is why i explained more about the factory and aftermarket rim.
I am done. There are three different threads on this subject started by the same person. One of the threads has all the info.
This has been made way more difficult than it needs to be. I found the caps he needs for the rims i told him about. I even have posted the ebay item number for him.

I will adjust my #9 post to be more clear. I am educated on the caps, mine fit my rims.

Have a great night.

Hey I found the caps you mentioned. And I do apologize for rushing things and only because these type of caps are hard to find I needed to find one as soon as possible. Thanks for finding some for me. Really helps me a lot!
