Huh? its a bunch of animals...with reckless disregard for other human beings.

Don't let this video shape your opinion of the USA, there is so much more/ so much better here than what this video shows. The reason that this made it on a video is because it is an anomaly. If it was the norm, people would ignore it and move on.
