I picked up my F350 Lariat gas truck a couple of weeks ago. The rubber floor mats (optional) were installed and the carpet mats in a clear plastic bag. The hitch sleeve was installed. The 5th wheel (optional prep package) pucks were in the bag in the glove compartment. What was not in the truck was the trailer camera package (option) for the trailer. I have followed up with the dealer who his working on it...lol.

You're right Paw! I took off all the stickers and plate brackets on the first day. But I have to say, everything that came with the truck was there.
