Back again asking for more input. Going to put a tonneau cover on my new F250. Ive been looking at the Undercover Flex (little cheaper but no LED or saddle bag.) The Undercover Ultra Flex (like that it comes with LED lighting and saddle bag, plus 5 year warranty.) And the Bak MX4(100% bed access and fits flush with bed.)
Does anyone have any experience with these or maybe even something different?

I've been having the Bak MX4 for a little over 3 months. No problems with it other then being too heavy to fold without getting into the bed. Slight leaks from the tailgate area but not enough to worry about. Bought it mostly to keep my 5th wheel hitch covered.
I will be installing a tonneau cover and having the bed line-x. Should the bed drains be sealed or should the bed drains remain open when the bed is line-x. I have been told different things by different folks. Some say to seal drains in the bed when line-x so no road spray intrudes into the covered bed (but no way for water to drain out). Others say to make sure to have drains with the line-x and not worry about a small road spray intruding into the covered bed.
I have used Truxedo LoPros on my last 3 trucks...great cover, easy to install, pretty well water tight (slight moisture at tailgate), decent price. I put one on my new 17 F350 King Ranch...so far it is great.
We went camping this weekend. I had my Revolver X2 installed a few days before we left. One morning I woke up and the back drivers side rubber seal was sticking up in the air. I got pretty mad and walked over to check it out.
It appears someone tried to break into my bed that night. It looks like they used a screw driver to try to pry the cover open near where it latches at the back. There are some pretty big scratches and gouges on the teeth that secure to the track when it's closed.
No dice...they never got in. I rolled the cover back a few feet...then rolled it back into it's closed position and it is as good as new. The marks are still there from the attempted break in but they are under the rubber seal and out of sight. Cover is still as secure as it was before this incident.
All they would have taken was a bag of charcoal and some lighter fluid. Wish I could have caught them in the act.

I had Line-x spray my bed, then install the cover. They did the install after the bed was sprayed, with drains funneling out of the bed. Sealed nice and clean. Line-x dealer charged me only 80 bucks to install it. to me it was well worth it since they were already working on the bed. PM me if you want photo's...

This is the cover I will be looking at when the truck comes in. 4-fold for easy access to the 5th wheel hitch on the SB. The bummer about BAK is they don't have a BaKbox for the 2017 F350 yet. Wanting a box underneath the front section for some tools and such. The only other 4-fold I am aware of is Hide-A-Cover which I have now on my 2500HD with the box and works good, front & back are lockable. I like the idea of the inside the rail BAK though. Emailed the company about the release of the box... never heard back.
I just installed the Bakflip F1 yesterday. I like how it looks a little better than the MX4, and its not supposed to dent as easy. I can open it pretty easily by myself from the outside. Also has the same latch now as the MX4 where you can close the tailgate with the cover latched.
