Master cylinder replace or not?

Any truck that old, especially one with any rust in the internal brake system should have that entire brake system replaced or at least rebuilt components installed. I hate to think of the rusted lines and deteriorated hoses that are running on some of this old stuff.

My apologies I was hurting when I posted and not thinking.
Got a better look with day light the seal is failing.
On the rust topic Oregon just started salting roads last year in the Portland area and I don't drive on the beach.
