Chip key in E150 cargo van?

Chip key in E150 cargo van?
Just picked up a 2000 E150 work van. The key was lost. I was able to get the ignition lock cyl out without damaging the column. I am wondering now if it has PATS. There did not appear to be any wiring that would support that, just a single wire for the key buzzer. Does anyone know if maybe the work vans didn't have PATS?

So a little followup...finally got around to trying to get this thing running. It's been sitting for 8 years (hence the lost key). Anyway, dropped the tank and cleaned it out, put a new pump in it and a new fuel filter, etc. Did all the things you would expect to do when attempting to start one that's been sitting for so long - and wouldn't you know it, some SOB installed an aftermarket PATS system in this *******. Took me over an hour to get all that garbage removed and repair the existing wiring harness where they hacked into it. Just my luck!
