Fulltime NP203

What year F-250 used the fulltime 203 case? The only year I remember seeing it on was 76. Was it standard or just an option along with the 205?

The only light I can shed on the subject is these peices of info. I know '75-'78 full time was avalible in F100-250's. I also know the shift pattern was totally different between the '76 and '78 models. The '78 was basically the same as a part time case and the '76 was a funky pattern where you go forward to hi lock, but, you go from hi over to the left then forward then to the right for lo then from there you went forward again for lo lock.
