F250

I was always told by family and friends that the f250 would haul or pull anything you want as far as work or playing goes now I'm a 4x4 guy and I want a strong truck that if I desired to go into a mud hole it would come out the other side as long as it didn't bottom out as anyone wants or to climb a 80 degree red clay mud hill with out a problem or pull a 30ft camper up the mountains in the middle of winter to go to work/ or to hit the muddy pipeline would this be the truck for me?

What year f250 are you considering? What condition is it in? What engine and transmission does it have?

When I bought my 86 f250 I did it with the intention of doing occasional off-roading with some friends. It has 125k miles and is in pretty good shape. I wouldn't feel anxious about taking my truck off-road even though I haven't done any off-road driving for 20 years.
