Yes, better than the tie down straps to 4 corners of the cab and engine hoist that I did when I took mine off.

Very nifty lift set the MPH. I just might borrow that idea in the future. Keep up the good work

Has anyone found a source for them for the 4x4's?
Looks like the PO was doing some clutch dumps. NICE idea on the cab lifting.
As you can see above the 4X4 cab mounts are the same front and back. No 1 is the front and No 2 is the rear. The 4X2 takes the same in the front. But the rears are different. I guess everybody trying to force a 4X4 owner to buying 2 kits for one truck.

Jeff, I can't make heads or tails of this. Can you list the part #'s that I need for this 67 F-100 4x4? I need the upper and lower rubbers for all 3 positions, the bolts, nuts and inner metal sleeves.

I had to buy the 2wd set, and have them cut down in the rear. For the life of me, I can't figure out why they don't sell a 4x4 set.

Good luck finding those retainers, I looked high and low for those damn things! Ending up with Dennis Carpenters 2wd set.

A lot of the problem for me is the terminology:
There are upper and lower rubber mounts, inner steel sleeves, washers, nuts and bolts. What's a retainer?

So then is it just the rear ones that are different on the 4x4's?

Yep. All four mounts are the same on the 4x4's. I tried to get Dennis Carpenter to send me two sets of just the 2wd fronts, but they wouldn't, for whatever reason. So, I had our machine shop here at work cut the rear set down to match.

Nuke, when you say all 4 are the same, are you talking about the cab mounts or the radiator support mounts also?

Cab mounts. The front mounts are the same on both 2wd and 4x4. The rear mounts on the 2wd are thicker than the 4x4 mounts.
