It appears to provide some respectable data and it seems to be accurate...
Except fore the throttle position. I was "testing" it and went full throttle as I was entering the highway. The 3.0L responded well, and off I went.
After my test I looked at the data and it only shows I went to 75% throttle.
So I'm wondering if anyone here might know if there is a reason or intent for the throttle to max out at 75%. Just roughly estimating, it seems the feedback from the interface is accurate based on normal driving and the feel of my foot in relation to the pedal position. I have not yet found a calibration in the software.
I got the Actron CP9575 off eBay for my 08 Escape. No codes and I haven't tried the 'active' mode yet...but did you download the latest firmware for your scanner and load it??? I used the USB cable that came with my smartphone and it worked to upgrade the latest BIN from Actron. There may have been an update that 'fixes' your reading.
I've used an Actron code scanner for my older Xterra, but they changed OBD II sometime around 2004 and that one was no longer valid for the Escape. I took the opportunity to download the CP9575 manual as well.
If it's not an Actron it may still have a firmware update from the manufacturer.
