Power Window Fuse Keeps Blowing

The fuse that controls the power windows and accessory delay in my 95 Ford Exploer Sport keeps blowing. The opening and closing of the driver's side window seems to trigger it. Could it possibly be the window switch and if I took the door panel off how would I tell?
