Scored a hood!

Driving by my neighbors house and noticed he swapped out hoods on his '78 and the old one was tossed in the bed of another with some junk. Asked him about it and he said he was going to scrap it and I was welcome to it. Better shape than the one I have and can't beat the price. This is going on a low buck CV build I'm just getting started on and trying to use parts I have laying around. Starting with a '76 F150 cab.

The name for your truck should be "some assembly required"

Nice, looks like you have a good start alredy. Are you going for a Patina look? or real nice paint?

Patina first time around. Have some holes in floor that will get repaired and treating surface rust on underside with conversion coating. Plans include 302 carbureted engine with AOD trans. Found bed with tailgate for $250 today 100 miles away. Hope I can get it later in week.
