Finally, I have a window sticker for my special order truck. Does the window sticker indicate what date the truck will be built?

 

How do I find this info on the truck I ordered yesterday?

Short answer is no. If I'm not mistaken it simply means your order has been submitted to the plant for scheduling. Mine went into production approximately 8 days after I got my window sticker.

 

Congrats! Still waiting for my sticker to show. Any day now I hope...

 

I ordered 7/24/17 and got my VIN 7 days later from the salesman, along with order data saying production was scheduled for the week of 8/21/17. Using my VIN, COTUS now says mine is "in production" as of 8/18/17. I still do not have a window sticker. I tried running the VIN from the window sticker displayed above, but COTUS did not recognize the VIN.

I took almost a month for my window sticker today to be released. You have to have a vin issued first and enter it at this page.

My computer's anti-virus (McAfee) identified a host of problems if one were to download from that site, so I did not proceed.

 

Not sure what McAfee is alerting on but that site is fine. I used it daily when I was waiting for my window sticker. I used it on both Windows and Mac platforms.

 

According to this pop-up, it can do more than I'm willing to allow ...

I haven't looked at the code but....... I'm almost positive that that link @ forddirect.com is the same source that the research mechanics page is using to pull the window sticker.

The forddirect.com link is simply the direct link to the window sticker. Nothing loads except the window sticker pdf.

Research mechanics serves up all kinds of other click bait, etc.

 

Considering that the last time I went to the McAfee site I was asked to turn off my ad blocker and "do not track" flag I'm going to be dubious of anything their software tells me.

 

Hello everyone I got my window sticker and it says 8/16 the eta is between 9-4 and 9-10 per dealer.

I ordered a f450 platinum

I have been trying to track it thru etis which was working then all of a sudden I started getting an error and it won't let me in anymore has anybody else had any problems with etis?

I also got my window sticker today and it says 8-14, dealer says truck is built with an ETA of 9-10. Ordered an F350 SRW XLT on 7-20. ETIS says mine has build date of 8-22, not much info aside from that.
