New intake has two vacuum ports Old intake had one so what I'm thinking here is that is now a redundant vacuum as the iwe is now being fed directly from intake vacuum instead of being fed from the T on the brake booster.
Manifold vacuum is the same in the intake anywhere between the throttle body and below to the intake valves, includes any vacuum lines leading to vacuum switches or check valves, there is no right or left intake vacuum. To get a bank 2 lean code the PCM gets a signal from the exhaust, like O2 sensors indicating rich or lean ... or within spec..
A bank 2 lean code means excess oxygen is being reported in the bank 2 exhaust. Could be a lugged or dirty injector not supplying fuel or a faulty sensor.
A bank 2 rich code would mean excess fuel in bank 2 exhaust, like a leakiing injector, etc. on bank 2.
I think you're misunderstanding what I was saying about the intake left and right. There's two ways of running vacuum from Ford one is the y adapter at the brake booster, which is revised, the other is directly off the back of the intake. I've done injectors plugs and packs and now I've fixed all vacuum lines and I still have fuel trims at 29.6
