Just imagine if the average person exibited half of those traits.
Or how about just three? This may sound cynical but these days if you meet someone that's honest, hard working, and humble about it - you've met someone pretty original!

.....hmmmmm....thats like getting a once-in-a-blue moon all year...very hard but it does happen.
Well the blue moon thing wont happen all year but I do remember it happening 2 months in a row. Probly never happen again.

The acronym is Leadership L.D.R.S.H.I.P. It's too bad though that a lot of these traits are slim even in the Army itself.
