If any of you guys have the urge to visit a national park, now's the time (government shut-down). I've visited several of them, taking videos (new 4K dashcam) on my way through - no charge at the gate. I show up at the gate, the gate is open, the charge would be $35 each time, but there's nobody there to collect the fee. This applies only to parks where the states are picking up the tab for keeping the lights on. The petrified forest was closed, so that one doesn't count.
Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Zion, Waheap - all good.
We left there on Thursday Adam, thanks for the advice we had a great time, visited Ruidoso
as well as Mesilla. It was our virgin trip in my new to me "buyback" 2015 VW Sportwagon TDI, car was great, fun to drive and MPG in the forties! Hotel Encanto was OK but a tad run down and the food nothing to write home about. OTOH the Food at Inn of the Gods in Ruidoso was fantastic, we had ribeye and lobster fish and chips! Enjoy the snow maybe someday we will meet up.

Dign up an old mod and bought a Walker BTM. Trynvto fugure out a high side egt's even being stock and unloaded. Think, since the 02 seen its share of 5'er towing, maybe the muffler is packed. Should be here next few days and will doc the install/vid..

Yep! While fighting with that damn bypass, I noticed the fluid looked like a$$ with only 10k on it. There was a lot of powdered aluminum in it. I was done gambling with the Joe Shmoe build and bought a Dorsey stage 2 on Black Friday through Irate Diesel. Apparently, everyone else did too because it still hasn’t arrived and both Irate and Dorsey are on vacation this week. My truck hasn’t left the driveway since September.
