Ok, this is a screen shot immediately before I filled up for the second time after installing the Titan tank. It took 50.5 gallons to fill to the second pump click off. Looks like my Titan does not have 55 gallon usable capacity but rather only about 50. This is consistent with my first fill up as well. Are others experiencing similar or different results?
Transfer flow tanks are the same. It's a 60 gallon tank but only 55 gallons useable. You don't want to burn up the pump inside the tank running it really low.
I have not had the same experience. With 1 mile on my DTE, and FORScan programmed to 55 gallons, I put in 55 gallons one time. After that I started trusting the calculator and now put in around 50 gallons when the truck alerts me to low fuel.
Note the MPG, this was towing from Chicago to Atlanta at 80+

Do you have the new fuel sending unit or the old one before the TSB?

Menard, it is supposed to be the new sending unit. Dealer agreed to install my Titan with the new sending unit at no charge. I also wondered if I might have ended up with the old sending unit. It's really no big deal since 50 usable gallons more than covers my needs, but it would have been nice to have the full 55 gallons usable. I may call Titan and see what they think.
