So when referencing the A4 if there is an "(81B)" then that denotes either a Custom Cab or Ranger Package. Outside of the Build sheet or Marty report is there a way to narrow it down to a CC or Ranger?

Also determines if bench or bucket seats, 81...based on the type of upholstery, may decode to a Standard or Custom Cab or Ranger.
A481: A4 = Pastel Parchment Crinkle Vinyl & Pastel Parchment Kiwi Vinyl (Bucket Seats) / 81 = 81B Custom Cab or Ranger.
1967/72 F100/350 Custom Cabs and Rangers were available with bucket seats.
1965/66: Only Rangers were available with bucket seats. Ranger was a package only available with Custom Cabs.
