OK...Now Seems Like It Is Riding Too Soft!!!!

Hey guys...so we all discussed in my thread where I took the truck from Florida to North Carolina and back (about 1500 miles) in 36 hours and it rode so rough- especially on the bad SC roads- that I regretted taking it.

So now I don't know if maybe I blew my shocks out or something however all of a sudden back on my normal daily commute it seems to be riding extra soft. Perhaps I just got used to the thrashing around from so much of it over such a short time that my normal daily streets that I travel feel like I'm riding on glass for a few days...or maybe I blew the shocks...don't know.

But go ahead and let me have it...first I complain about it being too harsh...now it feels too soft...ugh!

Sounds like a shock was going bad on your trip and finally blew out.

I actually crawled underneath just now and no fluid leaking out of any of them...although that doesn't necessarily mean they're not bad...

I see vehicles all the time on the road with bad shocks. Get someone to video record both sides of your vehicle as you drive across a bridge or some other normal road hazard. Playback might reveal visible bouncing/shock failure.

Yes. Stopped by a dealer last night to look at a '17 F350 that's been sitting out front several weeks. Saw that it was a 6.7 upon closer inspection. No need to get off the motorcycle to check the sticker further after this discovery. Rode right back on out of there.

Saddle Callous? "Rough ride" is a subjective term, and you were subjected to a new definition.
