Cab & Chassis Dilemma

I knew this day would come but I was hoping to postpone it for a while longer. We put a pretty nasty scratch on my F-250's bed (outside) last week with the forklift blade while unhooking and unloading. That pissed me off pretty good. Now I am contemplating a new truck for my business. I want an F-350 dually 4x4 with a flat bed that's set up to haul a gooseneck trailer. My current flat bed is a '15 Chevy D-Max, reg cab work truck, 4x2, w/ a 12' bed. We get this thing stuck about once or twice a month so the 4x4 would be nice to have (so we can get stuck in more inaccessible places). My dilemma is I am kinda enamored with this full-strength version of the 6.7. Therefore I am considering an F-350 pickup and taking it to a body company and getting the credit for the box (about $600 I believe). The C&C engines are rated @ 330/750 which is a little less than what we have on the Chevy currently (397/765, I think). Also, the Lariat trim is unavailable in the regular cab version of the Cab &Chassis. The reason for an F-350 vs F-450 is to keep the GCVW >26k to avoid having to hire CDL drivers and all the associated BS that comes with that. Anyone ever went this route? Anyone have experience with the C&C's? Likes/dislikes? Thanks.
