Bumper molding
Hey all! Just bought Aerostar #5! Obviously, bumpers are an issue. I found a complete bumper without molding, however, mine needs the molding. Does anyone know can body shops just add molding? These are being restored.. so I prefer the original bumper.. and as we all know, bumper covers are nearly impossible to find!

if you mean the chromed insert, go to any auto parts and buy the 1/4" chromed molding, same thing as the factory part.
Clean the channel with a clean rag wet with alcohol or thinner before applying it, it will stick real good.
I have a rear bumper cover for a shorty, the flexible type, not the hard plastic one that cracks easily. I have sanded it and primed it. Can be painted any color. Undamaged. Anybody needs one, contact me.
