Throttle position sensor question

Checked the map sensor with a voltmeter from what I understand with the key on checking the middle wire it should be between 4.5 to 5 volts, I got 2.54 volts.
With Truck running checking the middle wire should be .5 to 1.5 V what I got was 2.64 is my map sensor bad?

Well I tried a new map sensor and still got the same readings which were all wrong coming out of it,can an ECM start malfunctioning or do they just quit?

Check your Reference voltage at the single wire you are using to check codes, Grey connector? (STI), key on

And check the Reference voltage to the MAP - Orange /White wire, with the connector disconnected, key on.
