Forum issues
How come in some of the topics when trying to look through it, it will jump around? Like trying to get to the top of the topic and just as you get there it jumps back down to the middle of it

you could just have a slow connection -- at your end or with FTE. The pages load a bit at a time. Normally you don't notice it, but if the connection is slow, it can jump around because it's inserting new parts. They don't always load from top to bottom.
