Ok so I have lifted my 2017 F350 CC SWB Platinum using a Fabtech 4 link 6" lift. I put 36"x14" tires on it. Truck drives great. When we did the lift we did a alignment and followed the IDS tool for doing the alignment with a adaptive steering truck. Problem is randomly while driving the truck I will all the sudden get several errors flash across the dash saying service land departure, hill start assist off, traction asset off, etc.(not sure exactly all of them exactly, there is like three or four errors and they come quick). Truck continues to drive fine, maybe the steering wheel has a slight **** to the left. When I stop and turn truck off and then back on the errors are all gone, truck continues to drive fine. They may not come back for a few days or weeks. Last time it happened I was cruising 60 mph on a smooth high way. Have had it happen in all sorts of scenarios so I can't pinpoint the problem or what causes it. I am starting to guess a adaptive steering issue? Anything I can do to fix this? Any others on here with similar lift or any lift at all battling this issue? Very frustrated.
I went out and checked that out. I do remember seeing a ABS sensor error on the IDS while tech was clearing codes to do adaptive steering alignment. Wires seem good and no wearing or stretching. No real snag points I can see. I have had this series of errors when turning and also while going straight down a smooth road. Could it be that I have 36" tires and truck thinks I have smaller factory tires? Seems like if that was the case then lots of guys with lifts and big tires would report this issues. I used forescan a awhile back to adjust tire size to max factory size. I don't think that is the issue as I have no CEL on the dash. My speedo is still 3mph off even after the forescan change.
Interesting, will check that out. I know once this happens my steering wheel seems to be a little off center, does this trick help at all with that or is it just a adaptive steering thing?
I just sent you a PM, so this issue has nothing mechanically to do with the truck, its all electronic. I don't have adaptive steering and still have the same problem. I'm taking my truck to Ford next week so hopefully they can find and fix the issue. The truck drives great but even after having it aligned through Ford the wheel every once in awhile is off but always corrects itself after the truck shuts off, that is why it cant be a mechanical issue or else it would always be off no matter what.
I have fought this issue for awhile. the dealership replaced a sensor re-calibrated it twice and it wouldn't go away. they then told me to take the dual steering stabilizer off which I did. that helped reduce the number of times it would come on. the last step was to check the pitman arm, which was slightly loose we got like 3/4ths of a turn out of it. since than it has never come back on. I even put one of my stabilizers back on. it's been a month now with zero Issues.
I do not have the amp steps. Just the standard power steps that come with the Platinum. I tried tightening Pitman arm, didn't appear to be loose but no error since I tried that. Fingered crossed.

so I'm lost now Ford says it was the amp steps but I disproved that already, they had no clue. Talked to my lift guy, they said apparently there are 2-3 different style pitman arms that can fit and he wants the truck to try all of them from full throttle. I hope this is the issue, I told him to try and tighten the current pitman arm as many have suggested on here. I'm just lost and frustrated at this point. I'll keep this updated once I hear back

ya it appears fixed now. I had my lift guy retorq everything and the pitman arm to 400 footpounds. Hasn’t come back. I believe about 2-3 months now and used to happen every time I drove the truck prior
