New f250 v10

So let me start off saying I'm a new 03 f250 v10 convert.......I love my v10 the power it offers is amazing without all the diesel maintenance. I've done a few things to her, next big purchase with be a tune from mikes. However I'm looking at doing a dually conversion. My question is I know they make adapters but someone told me that in my year range 99-04 the wheels will bolt right on do I need these adapters. The reason for the conversion is more stability and better handling not so much added towing weight. I run a lawn business and my trailer is a bit heaver around 8000 and I love the dually look and would much prefer a flat bed to the stock bed. Any insights would be much appreciated. Also my current tires rubbing on the front on sharp turns they are 265/75r17 I still have the 245/75r16s that came with it would the conversion make it rub still if I went back to the 16s. 1 more thing I've even toyed with the idea of a 350 axlet and hub swap any input
