Is this some "code" among mechanics?

Took truck to shop for pressure test after having the EGR coolers removed in hopes of stopping coolant loss. Of course still leaking from head gasket but when I asked why they wrote this on my reservoir, they claim they didn't. Does this number mean anything to you guys?

Means your coolant was tested and it is good to 34 degrees below zero.
