Yea you can just get new ones and put them on no big deal usually the lift will filp the bracket on the frame form the top to the bottom and add a little reinforcement tab. The greaseable ones form advanced auto the drive works brand had a moog part # and were made by moog for about 1/2 the price and you can get a discount on top of that with a code. But they changed it so you'll have to find the new one should take but a simple google search. I just looked and they have a new part # now but are still greaseable not sure who makes them now could still be moog though.
