97 single cab shortbed
I found a shortbed. Single cab 4x4 which I always wanted however I wanted the 5.4 but seems to be hard to find anyone know if the 4.6 is guna have enough power I don't pull much but also I drove a extended cab before and I seemed very sluggish

Need to know how much you plan to be pulling in order to know if it "guna" have enough power.

I wouldn't worry about it. If it doesn't pull the way you want then put lower gears in the diff.
