After driving my new 2017 F250 4x4 Crew 6.2 only twice in the dark multiple people flash lights indicating that I have my brights on (not). Is this because of that lower section? Love the truck!
Ditto! I have to figure out how to adjust them now that my truck is lifted. I truly do feel bad for the folks in the little cars I pull up to in traffic...
Have not had issue with the SD...yet. Used to get flipped-off by people at stop lights when I had my Tundra because the lights would shine right through the rear window of lower vehicles (my Tundra was stock 4x4, not lifted).
The later-year Tundras actually have a rotary **** that allows you to adjust the vertical angle of the headlights....they obviously got complaints.
I drive our neighborhood's surrounding public roads four- or five nights a week. We've had our truck for just over four months, and I've been "flashed" just twice while driving with just the low beams operating. I suspect that there are a few drivers that assume that 'four headlamps' equals 'high beams'.
Personally, I think we have a more significant local problem with vehicles operating at night with no lamps, just one lamp, misaligned lamps, and/or dim bulbs -- er -- lamps.
Mine is leveled with a 2.5 ready lift and have all 4 leds and i get high beams all the time i cant even turn on my fogs because they are bright as hell so i keep them off im actually going to swap them for a less bright lights because i cant even use them right now
I was stoped once already for having 6 lights ON i told the trooper that it was how this new trucks are he didnt belive me and made me switch between high and low
Of corse i turned OFF the fogs first because i have the high and low mod with forscan
He just said to keep the fogs off
Headlight verticals adjustment is one screw per side. It's above the light assembly, countersunk about a half an inch. There is no horizontal adjustment.

I get flashed at night by oncoming traffic regularly in my 2015 F150 that I am trading in. The truck is 100% bone stock with halogen headlights. Sounds like they are going to love the new truck as well.

I never got flashed with my 90 F-150, but when I got the 93, other drivers (especially those in front of me) did complain. I was in a McD's drive-thru line behind a guy in a small sports coupe one late evening. He actually got out, came to my window, and very politely asked me to dim my lights. I just as politely replied, "They are dim... here are the high beams" and pulled the dimmer switch, which lit his entire car like a Hollywood movie premiere floodlamp. Bone-stock OEM 9007 bulbs. Without another word, he returned to his car. After that, I did my best to add a little space between me and the vehicle in front of me, just to be considerate.
I have all leds headlights and foglights and they are bright
I have LEDs in my headlights and changed out my fogs to the Putco LEDs. I still felt I needed a licenseplate light bar to deal with dark nights. To each his own.
