diff in 5.4 lash adjusters
What is the diff in the 3l3z and 5l1z lash adjuster for the 5.4 3v? Mines a 2004 and I'm looking to replace all / most of the adjusters and rollers + timing train due to dieseling noise. Also where's the best place to acquire parts? Truck currently has lockouts and a tune and I'm on the fence as to leave them or replace phasers since I'm there.
