The 2003 F250 5.4 Superduty has no power and keeps stalling. If I floor the gas it just stalls. I've replaced the pcv valve and line, the fuel pump relay, the fuel pump, and cleaned the tank, changed out the gas, added Lucas, and it just won't run right. Please help. Desperate, and no codes are coming up. TIA

Have you checked all your vacuum lines from the vacuum going to all the connection points? I would follow each line and make sure there is no cracks or splits in the lines and follow them to each connection point to make sure they are connected. Dont forget to check all the little elbows and "T"'s that are inline on the vacuum lines as well. if any hoses or elbows or "T"'s are cracked replace them. Vacuum leaks can cause poor running and misfires and stalling like conditions. Make sure that the vacuum line to the back of IAC is connected, that likes to come off .
Next thing I would do is check your spark plugs. When was the last time you changed them? If you never have I would change them all. If you have already done the change, take each plug out and check their condition. while you are at check you ignition coils and make sure they are all good like the spark plug. If you know a friend with a scan tool or can get to somewhere like Auto Zone check to see if they can scan codes for you, maybe you have a misfire going on and it threw a CEL and then the CEL went out.
If your not sure if you have any bad spark plug or COP's, you can always buy one plug and one COP and take out the plug and cop from each cylinder and see how it works when you replace the plug and COP, if nothing changes on the first cylinder you try, then you put the old COP and plug back in and repeat for each cylinder.. Might seem like a pain but it can be done. I know when 02 5.4 had some staling and misfires it was cheap enough to replace all the Plugs and COPs because the originals had been in for 10 years
Just some things I can think of that you hadnt listed yet.

Hi, Just bought a 2000 E250 5.4 liter V8 from original owner with a lot of records.
It sounds like a similar problem they had. They described it as an
"intermittant dead gas pedal". Seemed to occur in extreme hot weather,
high daily mileage, and uphill climbs. Fuel pump not the problem.
I noted they had the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor changed. part number AFLS-170-RM ($290)
with a core return (-$75).
Hope this helps.
