I was thinking its a 1-2 servo that is sticking. I hope whomever he bought it from stands by it.

I think they should either way.. It's not his fault there quality control sucks and they shipped out a defective unit

I don't think he had the problem when the tranny was first installed, so it could have passed quality control with flying colors. They should still pickup the tab.

Probably not a Motorcraft part that is causing the problem.

Probably a off the wall china part.

That could be or someone wasn't paying attention and put something in backwards during assembly

Anything is possible, I just hope they stand by it and cover the shipping both directions.
