I used to be up every morning at 5:30...now...I've gotten used to sleeping until 6 or 6:30 each morning. I just have to adjust to getting up that early.

Now we usually sleep till 7:30 but the mornings Patty doesn't go to exercise till 10:00 we sleep till 8:00.

If I lay in bed too long my back begins to hurt.
