Wiring mini-loom identification.

Wiring mini-loom identification.
Now trying to sort out the wiring...I can't remember this little loom segment from under the dash, attaching to anything! I don't recognize the plug ends as matching any accessories. The colors are orange/black tracer, black, blue and a white ground on one end. It's not on my wiring diagram. I'm sure someone here will recognize its purpose. Thanks!!
