IDLE DASH POT
1987 4x4 F-250 351w C-6 Holley 4 barrel 4180
I've been reading as much info. as I can about the idle pull down. I have read that it is suppose to control the idle at quick deceleration. My question is where does the wire hook up to. It has a spade connector on the end of a short wire. I can't find anywhere close where it would hook up. I have taken all of the pollution crap off it wasn't working any who.
Question 2 my transfer case shiftier won't move stuck in 2 wheel. Truck been sitting for a year or so. Would that cause it. THX David

Dont know about the wire, yes sitting may have something to do with it. get underneath and hit the linkage for it with good penetrating oil or lithium grease, should free it some, when it starts to move a little move it back and forth repeatedly and spray it with lube. should help it.
