I have a 1976 F-250 with 16.5" factory wheels. Had a hard time in the snow last winter. What are the best snow tires for mostly city driving? (2 wheel drive)
My 265/75R16 Kelly Safari's work well but I converted to 16" wheels to get a better tire selection. By the time I figured in the higher cost for a 16.5 the 16" wheels ended up being cheap.
Thanks for the advice. I had considered switching to 16" rims a while back, but the local trucks wearing them sat way too low for my taste. Do the tires you recommend, on 16" rims get you back up to the original ground clearance?
