Coolant Question
I have a '02 Excursion, 7.3L PSD with 238,000 miles. I have to constantly add water to the coolant reservoir but no leaks what so ever and no oil contamination. Any ideas why I am losing coolant and where it is going???

No I didn't but I will check it out. I don't have any leaks, wouldn't it be leaking from those areas? I don't have any wet carpet and I'm constantly going in and out of the storage compartment where the jack is located and I don't have any leaks there???

from what i saw you probably wouldnt notice in some cases if it was collecting in the plastic housing best when to know if the front or rear heater cores are leaking an the cause of your lost coolant is if you turn on the heat an it has a sugary sweet smell to it. its how i usualy find if a vehicles heater core has gone bad an is leaking within the housing without ripping the thing apart
