I'm going to replace the shift arm bushings in a 1970 f100 3-on-the tree.
I ordered the repair kit from one of the restoration shops. The bushings in the truck have a brass washer on both sides of the rubber grommet, and the replacements only have a brass washer on one side.
It looks like, because of the way the old ones are fitted in, that after removing the locking clip, that I'd have to do something destructive to get the old ones out?
