Tabasco rules....why you hafta buy it online? I can go to the store and pick it up...if you eat potato chips and like tobasco, i suggest you try and get your hands on some Zapps

Way to much vinager. If you want a good everyday hot sauce use Melinda's XXXtra hot habanero pepper sauce. If that is to hot for ya try some Mongolian Hot Oil. My second son uses Melinda's in everything except cereal, yes even ice cream. The XXXtra hot isn't even their premiere sauce just the everyday stuff.

I never thought to look for it in the gallon at the store but I will when I run out again.
I really really like the new Chipotle Tabasco sauce. It's not super hot but it has that great smoked pepper flavor. I tried to make my own Chipotle tabasco but it didn't work out.
I pretty much put tabasco on everything I eat except ice cream and cereal.

personally i prefer Tapatio, it has a full flavor as compared with tobascos almost overpowering vinegar flavor, i cough just breathing near it though it makes mres hella better

One of my old standards - I grew up on TABASCO. No taco is complete without it!

But I also like to strip the stems off a can of Jalapeno's and blast them in a blender in the juice from the can. It makes a wonderful full-bodied jalapeno relish that goes great with everything, but isn't so hot that the heat is all you can taste.

Anything with habanero in it usually tastes good and it is hot. Habanero has an interesting flavor.
Tabasco even has a habanero sauce and it is prettu good but hard to find. because of the habanero, you use less so you have less vinegar flavor.
Most off the thick habanero sauces seem to be made in Costa Rica and thereabouts. they are usually tasty but not so hot as to have no real flavor.
I do not care for the chile extract type sauces, they are extremly hot(Not a bad thing) but they usually have no flavor or they are bitter and a bit like bell pepper flavor. The Insanities, Deaths, etc are better to add heat to sauces and other things, not so good for just slathering on say a sandwich or burrito.
I love working up a good sweat.
