Hey guys, I need your educated guesses as to when I should expect delivery of my 350 to Nova Scotia.
I've entered my dates on the tracking spreadsheet for my order date and VIN date.
My order actually was submitted on May 26th but I used May 30th to be a touch conservative. I just received my VIN on Monday July 17 so that's 47 days wait for the VIN.
Ford Canada is of no help as this order was just picked up and they will not have info until it goes into production. I have only the ETIS page to look at for changes.
Now that the summer shut downs are completed, should things pick up a bit? Are there as many orders to fill as there was earlier in the year?
So I'm wondering if what is the best estimate for delivery. 8 weeks? 12 weeks? I'm trying to organize things around my work rotation of 28-28, today is day one of a 28 work rotation.
I've already handed over my 08 GMC 3500 to the dealer, it hurts not having a truck. When you don't have one is when you really need one. I need to prepare for my next time off.
I spoke to my dealer today, I ordered a 350 on 20 June. I have not been assigned a VIN yet but he had talked with Ford today and they said 7 weeks worst case.
Wish I could help. Mine took exactly 30 days from order to delivery (F250 6.2 Gas) but I am located less than 400 miles from the factory in KY so it likely shipped via truck and never saw a rail yard.
My Dealer is a small Nova Scotia dealer, very low on Ford's priority list. It's very hard to guesstimate my wait time from now on. If I knew orders were thinning out a bit at the plant, I may have some hope.

You might of had the fastest delivery I've read. Gives me hope mine will show up early. I'm in NC and the window sticker says Convoy.
the dealer is the best source of info. they have a computer link that they can check status of orders. ask them to provide you a VIN when available. then you can phone FORD and check yourself. My truck on order. Built. Waiting delivery. Never showed up in COTUS. Have had emails from dealer with screen shots of the delivery and build dates. Have phoned Ford and able to get general ETA with VIN.

I joined the Blue Oval Forum and asked the questions. Pioneer responded very quickly with info that my truck is scheduled to be built the week of Aug 7th. I may have a truck to drive once I'm home.

My 350 CCLB is scheduled for 8/7 too, then 3 more weeks after that for delivery. We'll be riding the same boat
If not, I suggest you do as it will help others gauge times.
BTW, My F350 is an XLT Prem pac Crew Cab Long Box.
DaneNav I'm in Maine, I know it's not Canada but we are close.... My order is for an F-350 DRW, Lariat Ultimate, Crew cab, Long box, with spray in liner, that combination seems to have the longest build time. I ordered on 31 May, it was built on July 18, My dealer is saying it will be at the dealership on July 28th. that still remains to be seen but that should give you something to go by.
DaneNav I see that the information I provided has helped a little. If you ask your dealer what the normal transport time is from the factory, you should be able to ball park a date your truck will arrive. the week of 7 Aug for a build date is only 2 weeks away, and a lot of builds move to a closer date as time goes on.
