That one is one of those basturd F150s with the upgraded suspension/axle package which was called called the "F250LD (Light Duty)". It's in between the "standard" F150 and the F250 Super Duty that came out in 99.

Whether that's what the OP has or not is unknown, he didn't say.

No but he did say it was a 1997 F-250 with a 5.4L which apparently does really exist.
