Bleeding brakes
I wanted to bleed my brakes this weekend and wanted some additional information. I was reading in my Chilton's manual that you had to do something with the brake balance valve, that you had to pull out some type of pin and have a tool to hold the pin out so the brakes would bleed. I am planning on using a vaumn tool to back bleed the brakes through pressure. Has anyone done this before and what did you have to do with the balance valve? I don't want to bleed the brakes by having someone else push the pedal down. Thanks in advance.

Bleeding brakes
Did the rears on my 92 F 150 ext cab and no prolems. Had my son pump the brakes, hold & I would release the bleeder screw for a second. On and off for a while untill the fluid was clean. I cleaned out the master cylinder and put in new fluid before I started. Also did my 89 Bronco II. No problems. Let us know how it works out!
