Anyone available to discuss the engine differences between 2007-2010 5.4l 3Valve

My company just picked up a 4x4 2010 f150 5.4l w/ 180k miles from another company in southern california and it was handed to me for a go through... And things arent adding up. Door and window vin match, truck should be a 2010 with flex fuel... But spark plugs are older 2 piece design. The identification sticker on the drivers valve cover has been peeled. So i'm trying to cross reference parts and determine whats what, as i'm assuming the engine has been swapped. The part numbers on the injectors match the stock 2010 part numbers, where the older injectors would have been nonflex fuel and a different part number. What next?

Anyone know where the block casting is?

Any other parts that could specific the year?
