What's this wire?

Opened for final check before long trip tomorrow and found this wire disconnected. Any thoughts on where it goes? Thx in advance.

Vac line for the heater valve, in the first picture the grey line is covering the nipple in plugs into directly above the oil cap, you can see the nipple in the second picture.

Pic is a lot easier than explaining:

Looks like the hose connected to the valve in the heater core coolant line. Somewhere close to oil fill cap.

Your heater controls and 4 X 4, if you have it will now work properly.
