99 explorer CD cartridge

Hello,

I have a 1999 ford explorer limited that needs a CD changer cartridge. The cartridge part number that I got from the dealership is F8VZ18C833AA. Can anyone tell me what other cartridge part number will work for this unit? I found similar part numbers on Ebay, meaning that the first four letters and numbers are different but the 18C833AA portion of the number is the same. Could these work for my 99 Explorer?
