Can't you get what you need on-line?
Is there some issue (law) preventing a site like Amazon from selling and shipping the product you want to CA?
Maybe if you buy the ColorCoat yourself then bring it to your local outfit they will mix it up - or whatever you need them to do.

... good thought, CB.. but it's a special mix color... not one of their premixed colors and not avail online... I have to go through a distributor... and typically, they can't sell product outside their jurisdiction. 
I could go with a different color... something "close" (which I may end up having to do) but since the formula for my color IS an available option... I thought I'd try to get a hold of it
