Central Texas Help

Howdy!

I'm relatively new to the forums but I was hoping to find someone in central Texas (Temple / Austin) area that has a scanner that can perform the injector buzz test on a 7.3 (2001 Excursion). I've got a rough idle and some surging around 70 mph. My cheapo scanner just doesn't tell me anything at all. No codes.

I'm open for suggestions and ideas!

Well I am smack daub in the middle of the Temple-Austin area (Salado). However, I do not have a scanner good bad or otherwise.
