94 f150 suspension question

I bought my truck with a 3 inch suspension lift already installed but the coils were sagging already, I drive mostly highway so I plan to just replace them with stock suspension height and was wondering what is the stock ride height and shock heights? Its 4x4. Any recommendations? I see people like blisstens but haven't found the right height as I don't know the stock shock height. Any info is appreciated thanks.

I can't help you with spring codes off hand, but keep in mind that there are different springs that will put you to "factory" ride height that will vary a couple of inches. If you want a leveled truck, you will need a different set than run of the mill factory replacements. Someone who knows more about the available spring options will chime in, just be aware of what you would like the end result to be.

Cant say factory height but, im running moog HD springs from advance auto, and gabriel ultra's from Autozone. Puts me at just an inch or so above what i would think original f150 height. Really like how it rides.

It will be a few weeks before I get the parts and swap out my springs and shocks. But I have IFF and don't experience any uneven tread wear but is there anything else you guys would recommend replacing while i'll be working on the suspension anyways?

axle pivot bushings. You will already be 3/4 the way there.
